MARÍA ADELAIDA COCK CALVO

Doctor in Jurisprudence, graduated from Universidad de Los Andes in 1996. LLM program on International Law, University of Essex , United Kingdom , 1998. Diploma on stock and equity transactions, 2001 and attendant to the course for arbitral tribunals secretariats, offered by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, 2005. Her six-year professional practice includes international organizations such as the United Nations in Geneva ( Switzerland ) and the Organization of the American States OAS in Washington D.C. , as well as other Colombian stock-entities like the Superintendency of Securities.  In the public sector she worked for the pharmaceutical sector with Bayer S.A.,  and has provided legal counseling on commercial and finance law.
